- Digital Products: Downloadable courses, e-books, and recorded modules.
- Physical Goods: Merchandise and materials related to personal growth.
4. Refund and Return Policy
4.1 Services
Services may be canceled or rescheduled. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may request a one-time rescheduling up to 3 business days before the program begins. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after these cutoffs are non-refundable due to the allocation of resources and scheduling commitments.
4.2 Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final once the download link is accessed. However, if technical issues prevent access for more than 48 hours following purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the sale date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. To request assistance, please submit details via contact form.
4.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the payment to the original payment method within 14 days. Initiate a return by completing the form at contact form.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain offerings are explicitly non-refundable due to the time and effort reserved for your commitment. This includes private coaching sessions booked less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. Non-refundable terms will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase and in your order confirmation.

LifeMax reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our offerings after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
